Guangxing’s fully automatic egg washing, grading, and packaging machine integrates washing and disinfection, air drying, weight grading, defect screening, coding and marking, and automatic packaging. The equipment operates stably, does not damage egg shells, and can quickly complete standardized egg processing, significantly saving labor and improving production efficiency. It is widely applicable to large egg farms, egg processing plants, and other industries.

The world's first automatic gripper cleaning system configured
The SKY-G series has achieved the world's first automatic cleaning function for pipeline claws, which was difficult to achieve in previous machine designs. The entire process from cleaning to dehumidification needs to be automatically completed through a simple console operation. The pipeline claws are made of special stain resistant egg resin material and added with antibacterial agents. The chain of the pipeline claw is made of special stainless steel material specially designed for water washing. In addition, the chain is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, telescopic sensing device, and alarm function, significantly improving the maintenance performance of the machine.
Foam type egg cleaning and drying device
The interior of egg cleaning machines and bedding is most prone to bacterial growth, making daily cleaning work extremely important. SKY-G series products are optionally equipped with automatic foam cleaning function, which can automatically complete cleaning and disinfection without manual intervention, minimize the burden of operators, and effectively combat the bacterial threat that is difficult to detect by the naked eye.
Weighing parts that can be washed with water
In order to achieve weighing, the weighing part is composed of multiple components, making cleaning very difficult. The SKY-G series uses components that are easy to adsorb and do not affect cleaning, and uses waterproof weighing sensors to solve the problem of needing to clean with water in the past. Therefore, its hygiene condition is undoubtedly better and effectively suppresses weighing caused by foreign objects.
Fully automatic cleaning of light inspection roller strips
Normally, the sink used for piping eggs requires manual cleaning. The hygiene management method requires a large amount of manpower. The SKY-G series is equipped with a hygiene cleaning device that arranges eggs neatly and is labeled with a white inspection tray for passing eggs through the inspection device.
